miikka kiprusoff and the calgary flames had to battle the vancouver canucks best shooters on the ice last night and the guy in the stands shining a green laser at kipper when he was trying to stop the puck - the flames still prevailed in the hostile environment at vancouver's gm place with a 3-2 shootout win in an nhl thriller.
but this time the vancouver fans have gone to far. waving white towels like a maniac or showing up in ridiculous spandex green outfits is one thing, but trying to get an unfair advantage in a game for first place is crossing the line.you won't see that at the saddledome because flames fans are not cheaters!
it's time to search canucks fans before the game with full body scanners! gary bettman where are you - the canucks fans are out of control!

Nashville predators coach barry trotz says he will not put up with any laser beam antics at gm place and will pull his team off the ice if they shine a laser pointer into the eyes of preds goalie dan ellis!
the canucks management still has not identified the fan who did that at the flames game.
the very real question is : did someone in the canucks organization plant that laser?

yeah kipper's a good goalie, now we just need to get some better players to play around him. by the way i switched from flames to jets this season but i'm still cheering for calgary when they are not playing winnipeg. hoping to get to the saddle to check out a game this year!

KIPRUSOFF BEATS THE CANUCKS AGAIN! great game on hockey night in Canada and the flames win over canucks in the shootout. what a fantastic way to cap off hockey day in canada. jump on board the bandwagon flames fans - calgary could make the playoffs this year!
